Unfortunately, we cannot currently pull this data from the system, as we are moving over to a new system, this information is currently unavailable. 3. How many Nursing and HCA shifts were sent to off framework agencies in the last 12 months? 1383
4. How many Nursing and HCA shifts in total were required in the last 3 months? Unfortunately, we cannot currently pull this data from the system, as we are moving over to a new system, this information is currently unavailable.
5. How many Nursing and HCA shifts were sent to on all agencies in the last 3 months? 16827
6. How many Nursing and HCA shifts were sent to off framework agencies in the last 3 months? 2488
7. How many Nursing and HCA shifts were sent to Thornbury in the last 3 months? 950
8. Average cost per hour to all agencies for RMN’s and HCA’s? £35

10. How many Nursing and HCA shifts fulfilled where the worker is paid by the recruitment agency via Umbrella or Personal Service Company Not known as this is provided by the agency. We do not pay any agency knowing that they are using umbrella companies.

Please provide the information by responding to this email. This data has been requested to aid some work I am completing on a healthcare data analytics course.
If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
