As your Trust provides joined up physical health, mental health and learning disability services I would be interested in finding out what physical healthcare policies etc etc you have inplace/use and specificallywhether u have any that address even briefly. tinnitus, pulstaile tinnitus, or Sjogren’s. I am for example interested in what guidance staff have on what to do if say someone with a primary psychiatric disorder reports tinnitus and what policies etc are in place to help staff identify when autoimmune conditions such as sjogren’s. could be responsible for some of the cognitive or mental health symptoms.

To support this treatment, Edward requires copies of the MRI images taken of his neck/spinal cord so as to provide the best possible information when assessing and treating his neck pain.
