Inclusivity Team, Recruitment and Resourcing, and Statutory and Mandatory Training Team.
2. Banding information for each role within the mentioned teams, specifying the band levels and
associated job roles.
3. Whole-Time Equivalent WTE. figures for each team, providing an overview of the staffing levels
within the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity Team, Recruitment and Resourcing, and Statutory and
Mandatory Training Team.
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead reports to Head of OD and Leadership, who reports to the
Associate Director: OD, Learning and Development, who reports to the Director of HR and OD.

training. In terms of training we also offer the following:
The chart shows the key roles associated with the provision of Statutory and Mandatory training as
requested, although it is important to note that not all these roles concentrate solely on the provision of
Statutory/Mandatory training courses. Additionally, some statutory/mandatory training is provided in
other ways.

I trust this email finds you well. My name is Melissa Thiele, and I am the Project Lead supporting Scaling People Services for the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System ICS.. As part of my responsibilities, I am working closely with Lincolnshire Community Health Services LCHS., United Lincolnshire Hospital Trust ULHT., and Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust LPFT. to explore cost-saving opportunities, corporate efficiencies, and identify areas for collaboration at the system level.
One of the specific programmes I am currently focusing on involves the scaling of workforce teams in the following departments:
1. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity Team
2. Recruitment and Resourcing
3. Statutory and Mandatory Training Team
To facilitate informed discussions regarding team structure and size, I am reaching out to peer organisations within the Model Health System, and I have identified your Trust as a potential peer based on specific criteria. In particular, we are interested in organisations of a similar size and scope.
