I work as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and we are working in partnership with NHS England via CLEAR to look at areas of challenge within our service and make recommendations for innovation. I am the Clinical Sponsor for CLEAR with in our service and it is in this capacity I am emailing you. I have attached a briefing document which summarises the CLEAR project.
An aspect of the project will involve reviewing workforce data and planning. We would like to compare staffing ratios with percentage of the population of our locality with other Core CAMHS services across the country to get a measure of how well we are doing, or whether we need to invest and remodel our workforce.
I am therefore requesting data as to staffing WTE. per percentage of the population for Core CAMH Services across the country. I was wondering if you could assist with his please?

The population of Gloucestershire that we have used for benchmarking is: 126,652
The WTE in post at 22 November 23 is 42.07 WTE and funded for month 7 budget is 48.70 WTE.
