1. Who is the head of procurement responsible for approving AHP agency usage? Secondly, who is the temporary / flexible staffing lead responsible for the management of this service? Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS FT follow guidance given to us to approve agencies and only agencies on the Healthtrust Europe are used with rates agreed.
When it comes to approving an actual candidate – this is done jointly between the Clinical Managers/Matrons and by the Temporary Staffing Team . The Temporary Staffing Manager is Sue Hewlett.
2. Please can you provide the contact number and email address in relation to both parts of question 1 Procurement Department Gloucestershire Shared Service For NHS Temporary Staffing Manager Victoria Warehouse, The Docks, Gloucester, GL1 2EL Telephone: 0300 422 2767 Please email the team on contactus@ghc.nhs.uk 3. 4. How much was your Off-Framework agency spend for each of the following staff groups between January 2021 – December 2021: a. Physiotherapy b. Occupational Therapy c. Pharmacy d. Radiography Commercial in confidence. Please note, C and D does not relate to our Trust.
5. Following the same breakdown of staff groups in Question 4, how many Off-framework posts have been unfilled between January 2021 – December 2021?
