It is likely your Post Room will be able to help with most of this request. I understand that you are required to respond to my request within 20 working days after you receive this letter. How many inpatients, outpatient and waiting list patients in total is your trust currently responsible for? _________________________ 2. 1. How many inpatients, outpatient and waiting list patients in total is your trust currently responsible for?
Physical Health:
We have 196 inpatient beds and are usually 97-98% filled.
We run 9 Outpatient Departments; but, the lists are all GHFT pt lists.
Mental Health:
Hospital bed numbers:
Acute Working Age bed numbers: 76 Older persons inpatient beds: 48
Low Secure Male: 12
Working Age recovery units: 23
2. How many letters are received by the trust on an annual basis?
We have no way of knowing as post is received at all sites and not into one post room
3. Does your print and post room currently scan and distribute inbound communications i.e., physical letters received by the trust.?
