Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response below:
Please could you answer the below questions in relation to the trusts off framework usage in financial year 2021-2022; – 1. Which off framework agencies did the trust use for HCA and Nursing vacancies and what was the spend on these agencies? –- Thornbury and Medgen between November 1st 2021 and January 31st 2022.. Agency spend – commercial in confidence.
Dates below are for 1st Jan 2021 – 31st Dec 2021 if this is not sufficient please let us know as we can only do part of 2022 at present. 2. What was the average charge for both HCA’s and Nurses from off framework agencies? – HCA’s 37.00 – RN’s £60.00
3. How many HCA shifts were sent out to off framework agencies? – 4900
4. How many of these were filled? – 2994
5. How many Nursing shifts were sent out to off framework agencies? 2147
6. How many of these were filled? – 1514
