Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response below.
Sourced Staffing Arrangements 1. Do you have a master vendor MV. or neutral vendor NV. arrangement in place for sourcing agency staff? We have one agency contract in place for a small amount of shifts on our Mental Health Units – but this is not for all of our shifts just a certain amount covering a long day and 2 nights daily for a qualified RMN 2. What is the name of the MV/NV providers. and what staffing groups do they source? Medacs
3. As part of the arrangement, is any technology provided by the supplier to help manage the procurement of agency staff? Health Roster11
4. Please provide the contract start and end date for the supplier dd/mm/yy.. Contract is just on a 12 month extension at present.
Vendor Management System for Nurse Agency 5. Does the organisation use a third-party Vendor Management System for the supply of nurse agency staff? No
6. Who supplies your Vendor Management System? ALLOCATE
7. Please provide the contract start and end date for this provider dd/mm/yy. Allocate Erota runs from 01/04/2021 – 31/03/2022
Bank Management 8. Please name the technology provider used to manage the supply of your bank staff, inclusive of any outsourced or managed arrangements i.e. NHSP, Bank Partners, Allocate, Liaison, Patchwork, Locum’s Nest etc.. If more than one supplier is used, please name all suppliers. Allocate and we are still using RosterPro up until 31st March 2022
9. Please name the staffing group each provider is used for? General Medical, Surgical, AHP’s, General Surgery and ENP’s.
10. Please provide the contract start and end date for each bank supplier dd/mm/yy. We use RosterPro being phased out at the end of March 2020. and now mainly HealthRoster and Allocate
11. How much did the organisation pay the suppliers. in 20/21 for the provision of the bank service? Commercially sensitive
