The total number of inpatients in your mental health wards. Please could you provide the data in a monthly breakdown for the following years: 01 January 2018 to 31 December 2018; 01 January 2019 to 31 December 2019; 01 January 2020 to 31 December 2020; 01 January 2021 to latest available data. Please could you provide the information in the form of an CSV or Excel. 2. The total number of leave of absences, broken down into escorted and unescorted. Please could you provide the data in a monthly breakdown for the following years: 01 January 2018 to 31 December 2018; 01 January 2019 to 31 December 2019; 01 January 2020 to 31 December 2020; 01 January 2021 to latest available data. Please could you provide the information in the form of an CSV or Excel. 3. The total number of home leaves. Please could you provide the data in a monthly breakdown for the following years: 01 January 2018 to 31 December 2018; 01 January 2019 to 31 December 2019; 01 January 2020 to 31 December 2020; 01 January 2021 to latest available data. Please could you provide the information in the form of an CSV or Excel. 4. The total number of trial leaves. Please could you provide the data in a monthly breakdown for the following years: 01 January 2018 to 31 December 2018; 01 January 2019 to 31 December 2019; 01 January 2020 to 31 December 2020; 01 January 2021 to latest available data. Please could you provide the information in the form of an CSV or Excel. - Please could you provide the data as a total for all wards as well as for • Child and Adolescent Mental Health Wards • Adult Mental Health Wards • Learning Disabilities Wards • Older People’s Mental Health Wards If breaking the data down into the different wards would exceed the cost of compliance limits, then please provide only the total for all wards. If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request. If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined, I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.
