Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please note, Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust was formed in October 2019, therefore we can only provide data from this time. Please find our response below.
1. Since October 2019, please state the number of complaints reported by members of staff including locums, agency workers or casual staff. against other members of staff received of: We only have records of issues the HR team are informed of, either because the concern is raised formally e.g. as a formal grievance., or because the matter was addressed using a formal process in line the appropriate HR policy due to the nature of the concern, e.g. Resolution Grievance. Policy, Disciplinary Policy. The latter includes issues that may have been raised informally but were addressed formally. We have no record of any issues that may have been raised informally or that the HR team were not made aware of.

a. Complaint withdrawn

d. Disciplinary action
e. Sacked Zero to all.
2. By year can you state in each Category in the table how many of the complaints were referred to the police? Zero
3. By year, please state the number of settlement/compromise agreements which contain non-disclosure clauses your organisation made with current or former staff which involve or relate to sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape. For each of these, please state the number and financial value of the settlements. Zero
