Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response below.
1. What Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration system does the Trust use? The Trust uses SystmOne and RiO EPMA
2. When did the trust go-live or start using the system? SystmOne EPMA went live January 2017 & RiO EPMA went live from April 2021
3. When does the current contract expire? Our contracts with both TPP for SystmOne & Servelec for RiO expire in June 2024
4. How many wards use the system? There are 9 wards in SystmOne and 13 wards in RiO using EPMA
5. Is the system used in outpatients/community? SystmOne EPMA is used in outpatients & community but RiO EPMA is currently used only by In-patients.
