Thank you for obtaining this response. Please pass on my thanks to the clinician/s involved too. I would like to seek clarification on some of the answers so that we have the details we need for this project.

Question 2
• Can you please ask the service to outline what is involved in Intensive Clinical Management ICM.?
• Please ask the service how the Compassion Focused Therapy pilot was delivered. Was this as outpatient therapy once per week or provided more intensively?

Question 3
• The answer to question 3 concerning ICM states that ICM will vary in intensity and frequency. While we appreciate that the intensity of the treatment will vary depending on patient need, for this project we need to know specifics around the maximum intensity of treatment that such services are able to provide. This is because we are then intending to map this nationally against a recommended level derived from the academic evidence. Can you please ask the service what ICM could entail – as a maximum – in terms of the number of contacts per week and the duration of those contacts?
• Please ask the service whether the answer to the sub-question about supervised meal support relates solely to the paused Day Treatment programme? If meal support can be provided as part of ICM please can they disclose the maximum number of meals that can be supported per day?

Question 8
• In line with the principles behind section 16 of the FOI Act, could the service please disclose the typical number of patients it would expect to be receiving Intensive Clinical Management ICM. at any one time?

I am currently undertaking some research into how often post occupancy evaluations take place following completion of a capital project within the NHS. Whilst the planning of post occupancy evaluations is a part of the five case model for developing public sector business cases, RIBA Plan of work stage 7 and is integral to P23 contracts, it does not appear that many post occupancy evaluations are actually undertaken, or published. I am trying to understand if NHS Trusts do undertake post occupancy evaluations but don’t publish the outcome, or the reasons preventing them from undertaking post occupancy evaluation. I would very much appreciate it if you could please answer the following questions related to this subject:

1. Has the Trust undertaken and completed any capital construction projects within the last 5 years?
2. If yes, was a post occupancy evaluation POE. study carried out after the project’s completion?
3. If no, what were the reasons for not carrying out a POE?
4. If a POE was carried out did the Trust find the results of this beneficial?
5. If a POE was carried out were the results published and/or shared within the wider NHS?
6. Please could contact details be provided of anyone within the Trust who would be willing to take part in a more detailed discussion about POE

Good Morning,
I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from your HR department. Please may you provide me with:
– Policys. relating to absence from work for an employee participating in Medical Research for healthy Volunteers or Patients that are receiving treatment as part of a Clinical Trial.
Clinical trials are research studies performed in people that are aimed at evaluating a medical, surgical, or behavioural intervention. They are the primary way that researchers find out if a new treatment, like a new drug or diet or medical device for example, a pacemaker. is safe and effective in people. Often a clinical trial is used to learn if a new treatment is more effective and/or has less harmful side effects than the standard treatment.
I am asking this question in my capacity as a Research Practitioner working in the field of medical research. As part of our Patient and Public initiative PPI. engagement, we have had feedback on this issue. This feedback relates directly to working individuals and their corresponding employee HR policies. Potentially this activity could require sick leave and/or unpaid absence from work. This means that the potentially impact could mean that a working individual would not be able to have access to /participate in clinical studies. I am gathering information on this topic to understand the actual breath of HR policies specifically related to this type of absence from work for Medical Research Is a policys. relating to Clinical Trial Appointments available within your organisation?
☐ Yes – I would like this information to be provided to me as [paper or electronic copies, or alternatively provision of appropriate web-links – if this information is already available to the public..]
☐ No
If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary. If the release of any of this information is prohibited on the grounds of breach of confidence, I ask that you supply me with copies of the confidentiality agreement and remind you that information should not be treated as confidential if such an agreement has not been signed. I understand that you are required to respond to my request within the 20 working days after you receive this letter. I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request.

Reg. Annual spend of Elis, Apetito and RJ Lift Services Ltd; The information I have requested is an average spend for each supplier annually, not an accurate breakdown of the spend down to per module/licence etc. I believe that the Organisation should release this information, as I think the commercially sensitivity is reduced due to it not being a complete breakdown of the services. If this information is still unable to be released, please conduct an internal review.

FOI team,

I would also like to know the date when the environmental risk assessments of each of the wards, including a breakdown of the communal areas and private areas such as bedrooms and bathrooms, were completed. Additionally I would like to know how often these risk assessments are supposed to be reviewed and which professional is responsible for this.

I would also like to know if environmental risk assessments are completed for clinical areas at Charlton Lane Hospital outside the wards, such as the therapy rooms and outpatient areas upstairs.
