The number of referrals made for a face to face assessment after someone called your urgent mental health helpline by your NHS mental health trust for each month of the years i. 2022, ii. 2021, iii. 2020

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.

We are unable to provide an answer to the above question as the clinical system does not capture enough details to determine if the referral for a face to face assessment came from the urgent mental health helpline.
