2. Staff Cost – Total staff cost during the 2020/21 financial year split into permanent and non-permanent staff. Total Spend £177,383K of which £12,225K was non-perm, £5,245k was agency. Please see table in Q4 for further details. 3. Agency Hours – Hours worked by agency staff in the 2020/21 financial year split by major staffing groups E.g. Medical, Nursing, Admin, AHP etc.. and speciality/grade E.g. Consultants, Registrars, GP, ICU Nurse, Acute Nurse, Occupational therapists, Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants, etc.. depending on how this is reported within the Trust. For agency hours we only use RN’s, HCA’s and ENP’s/ECP’s within this service to be able to collect data. RN’s – Agency hours – April 2020/April 2021 – 10447+44345 equals54792hrs HCA Agency Hours- April 2020/April 2021 – 19656+ 25874 equals 45530 ENP/ECP Hours – April 2020/April 2021 – 467
4. Agency Spend – Total amount spent on agency staff in the 2020/21 financial year split into the Trusts’ staff groups E.g. Medical, Nursing, Admin, AHP etc.. and speciality/grade E.g. Consultants, GP, ICU Nurse, Acute Nurse, Occupational therapists, Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants, etc.. depending on how this is reported within the Trust. Please see below table.
