Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response below.
You asked:
A list of all the staff networks at the trust.
Our response:
Official 5 Networks: Diversity Network (DN), Disability Awareness Network (DAN), Race and Cultural Awareness Network (RCAN), Rainbow Network (RN), Women’s Leadership Network (WLN)
You asked:
Whether each network receives funding from the trust and, if so, how much (please express annually for the last three financial years)
Our response:
No specific budget is allocated for each Network but campaigns, promotions, training, is funded on a needs basis from the HR & OD & Leadership budget.
You asked:
How much FTE equivalent staff time each network is entitled to. For example, a staff network may have a chair who’s entitled to spend 10% of their working hours devoted to the network (please express annually for the last three financial years)
Our response:
No specific time allocated as each “Chair” and “Co-Chair” role is unique and varies depending on the specific network needs at that time or at their request. Estimated Chair and Co-Chair time spent is 4-5 hours per month and this is protected time.
You asked:
A list of events that each network has held in this financial year so far (April to the present day), including the title of the event, information on any guest speakers and the time of the event.
