Freedom of Information Request – Ref: FOI 089-2022
Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please find our response below.
I would like to request a copy of the latest draft of
the review the trust has conducted into its
adoption and use of the SIM Serenity Integrated
Monitoring. model, created by the company High
Intensity Network.
I understand that the trust will have undertaken
such a review after being instructed by NHS
England to do so in May 2021.
Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS Foundation
Trust are not signatories to the SIM Model and our
current Gloucestershire High Intensity Network
GHIN. is under comprehensive redesign which
will align it with the newly commissioned Complex
Emotional Needs CEN. service.
The GHIN model drew on significant successes in
developing multi-agency care plans for patients
with complex needs and these plans were
designed, delivered and reviewed with service
users as a key partner.
The GHIN service required patient engagement
and consent as prerequisites to referral and
service users were able to withdraw consent at
any time.

me. If you are unhappy with the response you have received in relation to your request and wish to ask
