You asked:
I am making a Freedom of Information Request for both ICD10 first diagnosis discharge codes and cases (and the same for OPCS codes and cases if you have any), recorded per individual facility in your health authority.
Our response:
Due to the data containing numbers lower than 5 and the potential of identifying patients, Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust are unable to provide this data, therefore instances where there are less than 5 cases are excluded to protect from identification.
Please see the following link for all facilities: FOI Diagnoses The report covers both physical and mental health facilities, some of the facilities from previous years are no longer run by the Trust.
