I currently deal with queries in regard to helping students gain work experience placements within the trust and organise school events for our ambassadors to attend to promote the activities that we do. I am writing today because I would like to know what processes you do in order to help students gain work experience placements in your trust as I am hoping to incorporate some of these ideas to our Trust in order to gain more placements and awareness for our staff and students within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

I have been passed your details in relation to an enquiry you made to discuss work experience placements for students.

Can I clarify – do you mean school aged work experience or students form university degree programmes looking for work experience?

My team look after the school aged work experience placements and I would be happy to arrange a Teams call to discuss further. Our business admin apprentice undertook a similar piece of work for their project element of their apprenticeship last year so we are well placed to support.
